Terms of Use

Last updated: August 24, 2026

By using TheoremPath you agree to these terms.

What TheoremPath provides

TheoremPath is an educational reference for machine learning theory, statistics, and mathematics. Content is provided as-is without warranties of any kind, including fitness for any particular purpose.

Content licensing

  • Unless otherwise noted, original explanatory text on TheoremPath is licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0. You may share and adapt with attribution for non-commercial use.
  • Theorem statements, definitions, and results in the public domain remain in the public domain regardless of presentation here.
  • Third-party quotations, figures, and excerpts remain the property of their respective owners. TheoremPath aims to use only short quotations, licensed material, public-domain material, or material used with an appropriate educational or legal basis.

Accuracy disclaimer

Mathematical and technical content may contain errors. Always verify theorem statements against cited primary sources before relying on them for original work. See the disclaimer for full details.

Account use

  • One account per person. Do not share credentials.
  • Do not scrape the site in ways that disrupt service for others.
  • Do not misuse model-assisted features to generate content unrelated to ML, math, or the site itself.
  • You may delete your account from the profile page. Data handling and deletion details are described in the privacy policy.

Paid subscriptions

  • TheoremPath Plus is the paid plan, and it covers Advanced Review. It is a recurring monthly subscription. The price, currency, and billing interval are displayed before you confirm payment in Stripe Checkout or the App Store. No free trial or annual subscription is currently offered.
  • Manage or cancel a web subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal. Send web-purchase refund questions through the contact page; approved web refunds are processed through Stripe.
  • Manage or cancel an App Store subscription through Apple. Apple also manages App Store refund requests under its purchase terms.
  • Cancellation normally leaves paid access available through the end of the current paid period. A refund, payment reversal, or provider revocation may end access earlier.
  • Deleting a TheoremPath account does not cancel a Stripe or App Store renewal. Cancel with the payment provider before deleting your account if you do not want the subscription to renew.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheoremPath and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be dated above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
